A 100% volunteer-driven nonprofit cultivating a passion for volleyball, physical fitness, and community — where players of all ages and skill levels grow into well-rounded student-athletes.
Medals, podiums, and milestones from across our teams and seasons.
From our youngest developing players to our high school and men's squads, there's a place for every athlete.
VolleyViet is a 100% volunteer-driven, 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to cultivating a passion for volleyball, promoting physical fitness, and strengthening community ties.
We provide an inclusive and supportive environment where youth of all ages and skill levels can develop their athletic abilities, experience authentic teamwork, and grow into well-rounded student-athletes. Our mission is to make volleyball accessible to all youth athletes by offering opportunities for competitive play, skill development, and financial assistance to those in need.
We emphasize sportsmanship, mutual respect, and a “pay-it-forward” mindset — encouraging community involvement and lifelong values both on and off the court.
Opportunities to compete regionally and nationally at every level.
Structured practice that helps every player realize their potential.
Support for families in need, so cost never keeps a player off the court.
A community mindset that gives back, on and off the court.
We believe hard work and dedication realize a player’s potential — and that character matters as much as talent.
VolleyViet welcomes players of all backgrounds and abilities. In a team sport, a player’s character is as important as their overall physical gift and natural talent. We don’t select players for a single position, though a player’s ability to play a specific role could be a factor — and over a long season, players may play other positions to benefit their team. That said, we recognize that not every player will be a fit for our club, and vice versa.
A group of individuals and parents passionate about volleyball formed VolleyViet in Northern Virginia — an informal “house” group offering structured practices to introduce new players to the sport.
VV fielded its first USAV club team (U15), made up mostly of its original house players — a milestone in the club’s growth.
With an expanding group of volunteer coaches, administrators, and support personnel, VV continues to further the sport of volleyball for all its players — young, new, or experienced.
As a 100% volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every dollar goes toward gym time, equipment, and financial assistance for families in need. Donations may be tax-deductible.
